Needles is one of the most iconic enemies in Fear and Hunger 2 Termina. Most players will run into him for the first time in the nearest bunker to the train, where Needles makes one hell of an impression by decapitating Tanaka, and stealing his hat. As long as the player hasn’t defeated him in battle, Needles will stalk the player throughout Prehevil, his evil laughter echoing down the empty cobble stone streets of Prehevil. Also grinning and looking like he having fun behind his twisted white and blue clown grin.

In combat, he will prove to be a challenge to all but a well equipped party. He has high HP and is able to inflict a good bit of damage with his needle whip and poison the player with a syringe he holds in his other hand.
