Nefarious: How to skip spike balls for vinyl on Sukochi level with Malachite grenades
0So I found this interesting glitch when I was streaming some Nefarious earlier on the Sukochi level.
So with the one-way platform, there is a vinyl collectible above it and the platform was intended to be a one-way exit downwards onto the ramp below I believe. As I demonstrated, you cannot normally jump upwards through the underside of the platform.
However, with the molten grenade platforms using Malachite's power up, you can squeeze yourself through the platform's underside and collect the vinyl through there without having to navigate through the spike balls on the upper path.
Not sure how helpful this will be in other parts of the game as I am not sure if we can use Malachite or the other princesses at some later stage in the game as I have not played through it yet. But I hope this small trick can be of use in some sort of 100 percent speedrun of Nefarious if anyone does one potentially.
