OK, I bought a Neo Geo from Yahoo Auctions Japan that was listed as JUNK. There was nothing with the console at all so I had no way to test it without buying a PSU. Now real official Neo Geo PSUs are hard to find in Japan these days so this video explains how I actually got the Neo Geo to work.
