To begin with, you'll know by now that he talks about one thing quite often: black and white. His attacks will be based on white and black, which is quite nice too. There are 2 phases to this fight:

For the first phase, we'll have a regular Susukichi punching and charging at us (first 2 attacks from below). His attacks are very easy to read and if you use long-range attacks he simply won't be able to attack you at all.

For his second phase, Susukichi releases some weird power (similar to the red aura from NPCs we've helped thus far).

During this phase he'll become much more aggressive. He'll be infused with black and white power and his attacks will change based on what color he has. You can read up on his attacks down below, but the one you want to be careful of is his Disc Attack. When this happens the camera will pan out and we'll see several discs or circles on the floor, either white or black.

For this attack, after a couple of seconds Susukichi will slam the ground and the discs will flip. Which will flip depends on the color of his aura. If he has a black aura, then all white discs will flip to become black, which means you want to stand on black discs. Same for the other color. This attack is pretty useless once you know how it works. If you don't, then you'll most likely get hit once or twice.

Punches: when close to you, he starts punching you. If you move away, he'll continue punching the air for a little bit.

Charge: he'll put his hands on the ground and charge. This is a quite move so make sure to dodge out of the way as you see him go down.
Black Punches: when he has his black aura, he'll be running at you while punching. You'll need to run away from him to prevent any damage. You can also dodge away from him as he's getting close to completely avoid him.

White Charge: when he has his white aura, he charge at you, but this time it's a bit slower and will actually chase you. For this attack I recommend you wait for him and dodge to a side. He'll need to go around the arena to get back to you, but at that time he'll stop running.

Disc Attack: when he summons colored circles you need to check what color Susukichi is infused with. If he has black power infused you'll want to stand on any of the black circles. On the contrary, if he has a white aura, stand on white circles.
