2Using the Black Cat Ensemble set. At this health and difficulty, the majority of Felidae Cantus' attacks one shot (the flame attacks not from his desperation attack don't though).
Felidae Cantus has 2 forms: an armored and an unarmored form. For the majority of the fight he will be in his armored form but will go into his unarmored form if he loses all his armor or if he forcefully sheds it to do his desperation attack.
Main strategy is to get Felidae Cantus in armored form to nullify one of our attacks and then get a pin that isn't the Black Cat Cards to get an eye. This eye will make it so that using that pin will force a retaliation that takes massive armor damage which we hopefully want to exploit with the Black Cat Cards which does the most damage to his armor. Usually I try to use the Black Cat Crush to get an eye. Breaking Felidae Cantus' armor deals 10000 damage to him and prevents him from doing his desperation move. During his unarmored form, he becomes much more dodge heavy and will also gives eyes to a pin. This eye doesn't do anything in his unarmored form but will act as normal once he armors up again meaning you want to get as many eyes as possible to exploit once he becomes armored up.
If you do get 300% groove, use your killer remix during his armored phase. If you use it during his unarmored phase, he will dodge all attacks making it useless.
