Southern Illinois Public Observers, joined by Huckelberry Auditor
In this video, you will see documentation of auditing the City of Neoga, IL (population 1625), and the public employees' reaction to people video recording in public. Do they pass the audit? You decide.
The audit consisted of an evaluation of aspects and characteristics of the city and the public employees. Some of the things evaluated were handicap access, parking access, landscaping, demeanor or attitude of employees, if US flag code is being observed, if there is any aggression or intimidation toward the journalists, if there is political propaganda on display, and other things of a similar nature. This video illustrates what we found.
