Some of these early nes carts have these 60 to 72 pin converters inside because nintendo had the famicom versions of the game on hand and it made it faster to market the games in the U.S. So far I've found them in gyromites, hogan's alley, and now pinball 5 screw carts. They are quite a bit heavier than normal cartridges and you can kind of tell by feeling if they are concealing the prize.
