My first impressions of the dsi xl are good. The screens are nice and large and easy to see, the speakers seem to show my ears sounds in mario kart that I never heard on my dsi. To me the system is not too big and bulky for my hands and is a perfect fit and if anything feels more comfortable than the dsi.
