In the latest build of their mobile app (8.4.0), Netflix has added a slew of manual, cellular data controls. The new options allow users to determine how much data they want to use while streaming videos over their cellular data connection. By default, the application automatically determines the quality [approximately 600 Kilobits per second], but you can manually select a different option depending on your preferences.
