Netherlands Vic2 Multiplayer - Substituting in 1901
53Substituting the Netherlands in a Victoria 2 multiplayer campaign, where a GREAT WAR is ongoing (but wrapping up, so I'll be able to rebuild, and build up for another great war.) The situation is explained in the introduction and throughout the session. Stories are told of past wars and rivalries.
