This is a quick put together mod that changes the difficulties, and the game play. This mod works on any official and custom made wads that use the standard difficulties of the game. If a custom made wad has it's own difficulties, this mod will NOT work on it.

Game play - Monsters will continuously respawn, but the length of time they take to respawn will vary on the difficulty you pick.

Difficulties - There are 6 difficulties to choose from; Wimp, Easy, Normal, Hard, Extreme and INSANE!!!

The health, armor and ammo pickups change too, based on the difficulty you pick.

This video is a demo of the INSANE!!! difficulty on DOOM II using GZDoom.
