My Mods & Enhancements:
My Enhancements do not modify Bully game core files, I use the Reshade Screen Injector to configure and design Screen Space Ray Tracing ( Volumetric scattering not reflections) colour, light, & shadow.
Additionally I use:
Texmod to inject my own textures & Material Pack.
