It seems like the AMC and GME SEC investigations could have been escalated to the DOJ. There is very few circumstances where SEC investigations are escalated, but the wording in the SEC FOIC report appears to match.
The DOJ has just announced an investigation into predatory short selling, and how researchers collude with short selling firms effectively running short and distort schemes... but getting away with it.
Inflation data for November has just been released at a whopping 6.9%, even higher than Octobers 6.2%
