NEW Expert Classes Unearthed Arcana #shorts #dndshorts
205Today One D&D released their second Unearthed Arcana playtest material and an 18 minute video hosted by Todd Kenreck with D&D game design architect Jeremy Crawford explaining what’s new. There's a huge, really cool change where they are going to be grouping all of the classes into umbrella categories called Class Groups that have certain features and themes in common - the first being called Experts. We will also see Warriors, Mages, and Priests.
Bards, Rangers, Rogues, and artificers are part of the Expert class group and they are described as by Jeremy Crawford as, “They are polymaths - they like to have pieces within their class that are reminiscent of things in other groups. They have components within them that are reminiscent of things in the warrior or priest group.”
