NEW GUNDAM BREAKER single player mission
0Some gameplay from this Gundam title that hit the PC. While I heard nothing but mediocre to bad things I swore I'd buy it if it ever went on sale and it finally did ($29.99 which was still too much it seems). The customization is pretty interesting and deep if not very intuitively explained. The story is sadly a bunch of VN scenes about Gunpla Academy drama which is quite unappealing. I'd rather super generic anime scene retreads or something, at least mix the two a bit.
. As for the gameplay while it seems ok on paper it is just quite clunky in execution. It seems to be something of a mix between the Gundam Versus style controls and more traditional 3rd person action game controls. Unfortunately it isn't anywhere near as fast or as responsive as the former with a terribly clunky lock on system (at least from what I can gather) and lacks any real precision or fluidity much of the time in comparison to your average action game so unfortunately I can't describe it as anything other than a bit clunky. Also a tad busy with not enough time to actually identify what the objective being thrown at you is.
