New Hanswood is the most populous of the dual capitals of the Imperial Empire of Potencia. Despite being founded only decades ago, it is the largest city in the empire, and is an economic powerhouse, trading with cities both within the empire, and elsewhere.
Emperor Clarissa was the first of the long line of rulers of the Imperial Potencian Empire. Emperor Clarissa ruled many centuries ago, and was the founder of not just Old Hanswood, but also many of the homeland territories central to the empire today.
