So one of the smaller things in this past update was the ion buff that reached the live server. The ion received a 7.5% damage buff which is quite significant. And in this video I then added some damage modules and boosters. To say the least it is extremely powerful. The spectre isn't as strong as it once was, which is good because this would be a ridiculous build if it was. When hitting other spectres it easily takes 3 quarters of the enemy health. If you have Ion Id recommend trying them out.
