NEW Item Tree With 60% CDR! ALL CC BUFFED & Antiheal NERFED! NEW Glyphs! SMITE Update 9.7 Midseason
303SMITE Patch notes review for SMITE Patch 9.7, the MidSeason update! This update will release on July 12 and is a 6-week-patch! This patch comes with the Nickelodeon crossover event, with most of the Nickelodeon skins being directly purchasable. The skins included are Freya XJ9, Gilgamesh Powdered Toastman, Cupid Invader Zim, Danzaburou Rocko and Janus Danny Phantom.
Additionally, this patch overhauls tons of items and introduces various new Glyphs, for example for the Executioner and Magi's Cloak. Lono's Mask and Rangda's Mask receive complete overhauls and are now starter items.
There's a new item tree that begins with Mystical Earrings. The final items of this tree are Griffonwing Earrings, Sphinx's Baubles, Manticore's Spikes and Fae-Blessed Hoops. These items have new unique effects, many of them for supports, but also things like increasing max CDR to 60%!
Antiheal is getting various nerfs. Crowd Control gets buffed and Diminishing Returns nerfed. A lot of gods get buffs to their jungling capabilities and some gods receive nerfs for Non-Conquest modes.
