My current schedule is one video a week either on Sunday or Wednesday (between 2-6 p.m. CST). During times when I am on break, I probably will do more. "What do you use for your facecam?'
I use a Logitech - C922 Pro Stream Webcam. Kinda annoying you have to reset the settings each and every time you open a recording software, but the quality is great!

"What do you use to record your audio?"
I am currently using a Blue Yeti combined with Audacity. I use these settings before exporting my audio:    • Best Settings for Blue Snowball Micro...  
(Still works great for a Yeti despite being a vid for the Snowball).

"What do you use to edit your videos?"
Hitfilm Express! It's free and fairly professional!
