Unmorph jumps stall the screen scroll for about half a block and if you don't fall much before landing, you can prevent the screen from scrolling back down. If you do this enough times (needs about 3 screen, but there may be ways to do it with fewer, idk) you can get off screen. I believe this is functionally practically useless, but there's some neat stuff you can do with it that you couldn't otherwise do, specifically in rooms that are tall enough and don't have normal doors. I used the tourian elevator room as a good example.

1. Getting above the room and viewing the brinstar elevator room with the tourian palette
2. Entering the missile door from offscreen and causing a bad scroll softlock
3. Skipping the 10 missile door entirely (this could actually be useful in a pacifist TAS)
4. Activating the elevator offscreen and causing an elevator softlock.
