Part nine of a multiplayer playthrough of New Super Mario Bros Wii for the Nintendo Wii. Mario (MacDaddyNook), Luigi (SunBurntKen), Blue Toad (Duck) and Yellow Toad ( RyuKasakei http://www.youtube.com/RyuKasakei ) trek through the first world on their quest to save Princess Peach from Bowser.

After World 1, RyuKasakei joined in the group as the fourth player, Yellow Toad.

World 2 takes place in the desert as it did in the second and third Super Mario Bros. games. Again, we've managed to take on the levels out of order, starting World 2 off with its second level, rather than its first. In World 2-2, players encounter the Spike enemy from Super Mario Bros. 3. To combat the Spikes, barrels have been scattered about to toss, however, if playing multiplayer, one must be aware that the barrels can also harm teammates as well as enemies.
