The Sortie kicks in quite early into your Warframe Journey. I will try not to spoil it for you but it is well worth the effort getting there. If by now you have discovered trade chat this mission type will provide you with some plat generating items. Namely, Veiled Riven Mods, Legendary Core (very rare) and Sculptures. Get in there and enjoy a challenging Mission.

Remember to just ask in recruitment chat if you find it too difficult early on.
