Today we'll be tackling Fallout New Vegas' hardcore difficulty with one huge premise - I only have 20 minutes to create and prepare a character. Whether its weapons, ammo or medical supplies, once those 20 minutes are up - I won't be able to loot ANYTHING... (except quest items)

We'll have to juggle my hunger, thirst and need to sleep, while also tackling the mutated foes of the Mojave. Is it possible to beat the game this way? Lets find out.
