4RL-7 is Rocket Launcher that has more fire power than Grenade Launcher.
Unlike Grenades, Rockets doesn't affect by Gravity and it just keep going straight.
Also Rocket Launcher has very expensive Ammo cost and designed to kill very high HP units almost instantly that will added later update.
