New World - Is Farming Refining Materials Worth It?
245Today we take a rather long journey around the world to see if looting chests to get refining materials is worth the time. New World has a game mechanic where you need to go into PvE zones and loot crates to get refining materials to progress your crafting. Is it worth it to run all over the place and loot these chests? I'll continue to try to find better routes for materials.
In one hour's time I could just gather raw materials, sell the raw materials, and buy the refining material that I want to use specifically and I believe that's better time spent than actually running all over the place and looting these chests. Maybe in higher tier zones it might be worth the time?
