30HYBE's new girl group NewJeans made their debut on August 1st with the song 'Cookie'. The group also released two pre-debut singles along with their music videos. Soon after, NewJeans' executive director Min Hee-jin came under fire as people noticed her problematic behaviour.
Netizens soon discovered her inappropriate taste through her past work and Instagram account.
While, Cookie is about the girls inviting people to "look at their cookie" which has fans pointing out how the songs are extremely inappropriate considering the members range between 14 to 18 years old.
