Just a quick video with the latest build of Next Car Game, now called 'Wreckfest'. Shown here with the new track-side replay camera.. which is nice.

I didn't mind the last build as much as some others did, after the patch they released anyway, but this one is downright awesome.
The new car is great and the new track is good for what it is... but more importantly, the game runs so much smoother now.. and the physics are a LOT better.

I got first place in this particular run, but I should've probably uploaded one of my test runs instead... too late for that now though. I got 12th or so in those, but unlike the previous build, it oddly still felt rewarding to accomplish that with how things went in the early goings of the race. It's very hard to explain.

Should've maybe did a video of the new track, but Gravel is still my favorite. Then again, I'm a fan of dirt track racing.. *shrug*

All that said... tarmac racing is awesome in this build, which I was having significant trouble with in the last, so I might do a video of that. This gravel track though... I dunno. I can win races on it against the AI, but it feels like I still need to learn how to skid properly around corners at times.. with my preferred American Muscle car anyway. My best lap is a good 3-4 seconds faster using the American Sedan, which is again odd.. because I couldn't use that car for shit in the last build, especially on Gravel.
