The playstation 5 and next generation xbox may debut in 2018 according to supposed sources within AMD, with the APU they feature providing 5x performance per watt compared to that of the PS4 and xbox one,
Meanwhile AMD are promising two new radeon GCN cards next year (2016) which should feature High bandwidth memory 2 ( HBM2) and a massive increase in gpu performance thanks to a smaller 16nm or 14nm finfet process.
