Fixed Speed makes your car speed set up by the trainer. You can accelerate by Q, then nothing will be able to stop your car (except of the heli and the walls ofc). You won't be able to accelerate by pressing arrow up, all speed control is took out by the trainer. You will be able to turn, however in the trainer there's a turn function.
Debug Camera is basically a freecam. It can be turned on in the game by pressing F9, then you shall press R and \ to spawn your car again. When you are done, press F9 and Backspace. Game will return the control to your car.
