(If in first place and all objectives are met, can quit or retire mid race to complete, does not work for Proving Grounds races as you will have other objectives than simply finishing in first.)

(Most things in races instantly refills nitrous meter)
• Easy Drive Accessible
(Removed Stupid AI as suggested by a lot of DS and RS Members.)

Mods Included in Level 3 Donation/ Raid Squad are:
• Same as DS plus the 2 mods below.
• All Wraps, License Plates, Colors Unlocked -- !! Stancing will be broken, switch back to DS mod to stance a car.
(Mod Only, Modshop Options that are normally locked behind a gold or paywall will be useable.)
• Max 'Normal' PR
(PR will be pushed to max as if you have fully upgraded the car with the max colors available for it, but the extra "Per Star" enhancements won't be applied unless you've staged up to a given level. This mod doesn't make cars more powerful than normal so no rocket launch bs.)
