How to:
•Copy and paste to /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.ea.game.nfs14_row/files/var.
•Then open the game, wait for few secs of loading, the close the game and relaunch to see the changes.
•Please note that the file is not a use for hacking, it's just configs that only affect the graphics in the apps.
