I have improved the engine sound of the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta using the engine sound from the Ferrari F12 GT1. This is just a engine sound improvement, and it does not mean the engine sound is close to the real thing. I used the Enzo sound and it had problems because the sound file wasn't tweaked to match the RPM of the F12, also it didn't sound as good. But with the F12 GT1 sound files and some tweaking, it sounds much better.
Open the F12_GT1.csd file using notepad. Then open the original Ferrari_F12.csd with notepad. Scroll down to the bottom and make sure all the figures are the same as the original F12 audio. Then set these values:
EngineFrequencyMultiplier 1.05
EngineRevRangeMultiplier 1.20
If you want reduced transmission volume, set it to a lower value, this value is 0.5.
According to the files, the F12 GT1 sounds is based from the Pagani Huayra, but lets face it, in real life the Huayra doesn't sound like that. If you look at Project CARS's Huayra, that's the real deal. Soft sound with turbos kicking in like jet engines.
