In addition to the Testarossa and the 911 GTS Cabriolet, I've also tested the Broken Acura NSX, the RSR and the Honda NSX. I'll upload the rest of the cars in the next couple of days..
The Testarossa and the GTS Cabriolet are the closest I was able to get to the Pista mainly because of their high top end with the throttle trick. If you want how to do it you can watch this video here https://youtu.be/_kYqzFshqJ4

Although the Pista is quicker but all it takes is one slip up and you will be ahead especially in the Testarrossa. Note that the Pista has better acceleration and handling followed by the Testarossa then the Cabriolet. The Testarossa also jumps higher than the other 2 cars which can be problematic in some scenarios.
