It is the player's last week working towards the Grand. After beating the Grand, the player's story progresses into a perpetual weekly cycle with no Saturday qualifier requirements for progression.
As a result of Qualifier 3 taking place the previous night the Lakeshore Police Department has increased their patrols and the player will start with their Heat level at 1.0.
If unlocked by the player, Boost's Safehouse is no longer available for the duration of Week 4.
