Another vehicle that doesn't work previously on my playthrough, now it works.

The workaround is:

Workaround 1: If you had 12 cars on the garage, Remove at least some of the cars until you had 5 on it.

Workaround 2: If you fail the event, don't retry it from the menu, quit the event and do it again or Quit the game and then do the event that you failed before.
