This is video #010 in my playthrough of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. In his continuing hunt for the treasures in Ding Dong Dell, Oliver checks out the garden area just south of the Cawtermaster's Store (time index 0:23). A chest here contains a bottle of Iced Coffee.

Apparently, the Cawtermaster is not authorized to sell equipment to travelers. How unfortunate.

Next, Oliver heads to the Cat's Cradle inn (time index 1:14). In the lobby, there is a Cake in the pot. Oliver should stay at the Cat's Cradle for the low, low cost of 10 Guilders. When he stays, a page will be added to the Regions of the World section of the Wizard's Companion for "The Summerlands: North."

As Oliver sleeps, he dreams of his mother (time index 2:57). I wonder what this truth is that Oliver will learn.

In the morning, we have the option of saving the game.

Now, there is the matter of the first Bounty, #086: Vegetable Thief. Leaving town, Oliver heads southeast to the Rolling Hills' small beach. I can't believe the enemies out here are still intent on chasing him; Mitey certainly makes short work of them.

When Oliver finds the Bounty target on the southeast beach (time index 7:15), he is not actually forced to fight the blighter when he touches it. When he examines the Gruffian, he can choose whether or not to fight it. The Gruffian is accompanied by two Ruffs, which are easily dispatched. Mitey will likely run low on stamina during this fight, forcing Oliver to do some of the fighting. The Fireball spell will knock down the Gruffian for a moment. Overall, this is a pretty easy fight.

When Ollie gets back to Swift Solutions in Ding Dong Dell (time index 11:32), the shopkeeper will reward him with a Well-Worn Sword, 50 Guilders, and 2 Merit Stamps.

Next, Oliver heads back to the Hootique (time index 12:38). The Hootenanny has finished the alterations, so Ollie can pick up his new wizard's outfit. Certainly a bit more wizard-like than his original clothes. Is it me, or do they look a lot like Horace's outfit? Anyway, from now on, the Hootique will be an item shop.

Finally, Oliver returns to the northern part of town in preparation to meet the king. If he can even get in, that is...
