IGN details what it takes to bring down Shadar, the Dark Djinn in the first part of this epic boss fight in Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch on PS3.

In the final segment of this three part boss battle, Shadar unleashes his true power as the Dark Djinn... and it's honestly a little underwhelming. He'll use multiple magic attacks in quick succession, but if you know the warning signs you'll be able to avoid Circles of Hell, Despair, Fell Sweep and Blast from Beyond with (relative) ease. It's the 'World's End' spell that you really need to watch out for, however, as it's capable of incapacitating characters who don't defend against it.
