Choy recently made a video about how to see your hidden Skill Rating (SBMM/MMR) in Dead by Daylight by requesting your personal data from Behaviour. Naturally, I had to try it myself. The result? Let’s just say it didn’t go as planned.

Behaviour now refuses to provide MMR data, calling it a trade secret (intellectual property) which raises some important questions. Should we as players have access to their matchmaking rating? Would transparency make the community and game healthier?
