**The game hits harder then you would expect. The gpu was at 100% and the cpu was never maxed out. My guess is that it simply isn't clocked high enough for the game. You'd probably need to running at least 3ghz for a "playable" experience. More ram wouldn't hurt especially in the larger more open parts of the game.

note the video makes the game look more playable then it felt. Whenever the fps dropped below 20fps it felt like slow motion.
