The machines become super aggressive and attack the Resistance base. After fighting off the machines inside the base an impact is heard outside of the base. It turns out it's another multi-legged goliath class machine that is being controlled by Eve. It is revealed that due to the loss of Adam, Eve loses his mind and that effects the rest of the machines that are still connected to the machine network. As 2B slowly loses her fighting capabilities Eve continues his rampage resulting in desperate measures being taken.
