NieR: Automata - Part 8 - Release the Kraken
0I head deeper into the Forest Kingdom in hopes of confronting the Forest King. I also equip an interesting piece of headgear. Upon arriving in the throne room we find out the true identity of the Forest King. Before 2B and 9S could do anything they are interrupted by another android with the designation of A2. A fight ensues resulting in the prototype android escaping and leaving them with a strange warning. We then go and question both Pascal and the Resistance Leader for information on that strange android. The Resistance Leader asks 2B and 9S for assistance in guarding some missiles that are to be transported. After clearing out the area the ship that is supposed to transport them is attacked. In the ensuing chaos, a massive machine emerges from the water destroying the ship in the process.
