4Boy, time flies when you've got half the local population asking you to do stuff for them! I know a lot of people don't look too kindly on the ungodly amount of sidequests in NieR, but many of them give more depth to the game's story.
These walkthrough videos demonstrate the fan-made English mod called "Project RepliCAN" for the Japanese-only PS3 game NieR RepliCant.

Based on the original English script for the western release, the mod changes a vast amount of Nier's—and a few from other characters'—in-game subtitles to better match the younger protagonist in the Japanese version.
A new version of Replicant was released for PS4 in April 2021, which has many changes and additions. As such, this mod also serves as a way to archive the classic PS3 game for an English-speaking audience, who would otherwise not be able to experience the original Japanese version.
