Diving deeper into the story of Nier Automata with side quests: Let's retrieve the confidential Intel to the questionable Resistance member and figure out the mysteries that lies in Anemone's Past

In this video, we will follow up with the side quest Retrieval of the Confidential Intel. I refused to do it in the last video, thinking not delivering the chips would be a valid answer but turns out, it's not. The only way forward is to proceed with the quest and there are no choices, I should leave my Witcher mentality behind 😅

Next, we will help the Resistance a bit, but not with the main quest just yet, and help them with their Camp Development in the Forest Area. 2B promised 9S, that we would get her a T-shirt when the machine war is over... I have a sneaking suspicion that day will never come but a girl can dream no?

We were supposed to run to Anemone but my feet took me to Peaceful Village for some reason and here we initiated a surprise side quest: Treasure Hunt At The Castle! Finding the machine parts with my Goldfish memory was quite the challenge but fear not! We will push through! But we won't feel good about it afterward... Weird-talking machine is creeping me out...

We will be pretty happy about the Forest Blacksmith Masamune though! I didn't know a master blacksmith was hiding in these Forest Castle walls! Plus somehow he believes in us and our mission instead of attacking us directly, he even upgraded our Virtuous Contract to the highest level 🙌

And who knew the Camping quest would lead to us finally discussing the A2 situation with Anemone! Now we can get to Anemone's past side quest and try to collect some intel on A2. I am dying to know more about A2 that's for sure!

And we won't talk about the uncomfortable details that we uncovered in the last video. I will put the knowledge of YorHa Type-E to the back of my brain and I am refusing to connect the dots... because the dots do not connect in a way that I want them to...
