This is an all vanilla build - no exploited ingots or materials on any of the items.

I've switched over from trying to min/max guns and crit damage, to a mostly melee build with the Dauntless hunting knife, and the charms of Ferocity and Mercy doing most of the damage work (along with Flanking, Brutality, Momentum, and a couple of ranged weapon charms - Ammunition and Sniper).

With Ferocity you can't crit, but do lots more base damage, and with Mercy have a chance to insta-kill mobs when they get lower on health (not sure what the threshold is for this). Hitting the weakpoints still count for massive base damage.

I'm sure this could be way more damage with a different combination of charms, and if I wasn't so terrible at hitting weak spots. It is capable of hitting for over 1 million damage if the charms all proc, although Momentum seems to be a wildcard as to how well it works when dashing.

It is a ton of fun to play with though, dashing around and swinging wildly into the wind xD
