This was my first playthrough of Phasmophobia on nightmare mode and what better way to play than with a heart rate monitor! I decided to do a Phasmophobia solo run for my first time playing nightmare mode to make it more intense and scary.

There were some very scary moments to which I was not prepared for so do enjoy seeing me get to uncomfortably high heart rates.
This was the first time I recorded any phasmophobia gameplay with the new Phasmophobia update and I really enjoyed the game despite me being terrified, hope you enjoy!
