I've discovered a new strategy for speedrunning Nightmare Ned even faster by skipping the cutscenes!

The cutscenes in the game are stored on the game's CD-Rom and if the CD is removed during the game at certain points you're able to completely skip watching different cutscenes. The CD needs to be in the drive for certain sections (on the quilt and the graveyard) but this is opening up a bunch of new avenues for strats during a speedrun!

I've updated the categories for Nightmare Ned so some allow for Cutscene Skipping while others do not.
