Nightmare of Decay Part 1
0Streamed/Recorded on 5-13-22. An indie survival-horror game made by Checkmaty. This game is a love letter to old school horror games,especially Resident Evil and Silent Hill. One night,you awaken to find yourself locked inside a coffin. Upon breaking out,you find that you've been transported outside of a creepy looking mansion. A talking cat nearby taunts you,saying that you are likely to die in this place. Took my time exploring and looking for Health Drinks and Ammo since this is my first time playing the game. There's a good number of puzzles we'll have to solve,in addition to finding Keys to explore further. Main enemies we'll be running into are Zombies. They're slow,but they'll take a bite out of your HP if you're careless,and can overwhelm you with numbers. A few well-placed head shots can take one down with the Handgun,and you can also use the Survival Knife if you're feeling bold. Eventually found a Shotgun too. I ended up fighting some new enemies,Cultists,later on. Also fought the 1st Boss called Meat Golem.
