Chrono Trigger Part 3
0Streamed/Recorded on 3-9-22. After Robo joined our party and arriving at the End of Time,we make our way back to 1000 A.D. This takes us to Medina Village,a little town inhabited by monsters. They sell weapons at an exorbitant price,but an old man nearby to the west named Melchior also sells some. We need to go through Heckran Cave to make it back to the Guardia Kingdom. The enemies here can mostly only be hurt by Magic,to test out your new abilities from End of Time. The Boss of the area is Heckran. Afterwards,we visit Lucca's dad Taban briefly,then head back to 600 A.D. via the Time Portal nearby. South of Guardia Castle,Chrono and his friends end up helping the army fight back Magus' troops. It's lead by General Ozzie,who's a total coward. Fighting through his undead horde,we end up fighting a giant skeleton Boss called Zombor. Past there we arrive at the village of Porre,and then head for the Denadoro Mountains. It is here where the legendary sword Masamune is kept. The party will have to fight the spirit of the sword,Masa and Mune,to test if they're worthy to wield it. Unfortunately, the sword is currently broken apart. Showing this and the Hero Medal to Frog hidden in a forest nearby,he tells us that the Masamune is required to defeat Magus. He has the other broken half of it,and we learn Melchior may be able to fix it.
