Struggled for a few days on this at lvl 197-199 then finally cleared it today after weekly packs reset and helped me push all the way to lvl 204. Mechanics were pretty straightforward and easy with Laplace - just kill the side gear thingies and take cover during the AoE lightning strike. As of the moment, this is the last Normal Mode chapter, so I guess its back to Hard Mode progression now and grinding out the Special Intercept gear in prep for Union Raid.
