Guess I proved my last clear wrong. I dropped a few manuals into Gullotine, body labelled one Elysion recycle level, and after some ironing out, got it done.

With all Towers now at 150, or more, it's going to be a very long time until the next milestone of 175, as even my best Tower, Missilis, stagnated at 154.
